<atom:author> and <atom:link> in Feature Elements #90

I can create these elements (<atom:link> and <atom:author>) via the
factory, but there does not seem to be a set or add method within all of
the feature objects as Google suggests there should be. Without these
methods, I have no way of adding these elements to the KML code.

I am using Ubuntu 9.04 and using the libkml 1.0.
