(1) in this wikipedia.com sentence
"...the BBC TV series Life's Too Short which he co-wrote and co-directed."

(2) chromevox reads /co-/ as /company/

I expect it to read "co-" as "co-", not as "company.

I'm USING
latest version of chromevox as of today 1/27/14

Similarly, it reads mm as "millimeter" even though when mm is part of the 
string "mm/dd/yyyy" and represents month.

I noticed this using the latest version of ChromeVox as of today 9/16/2014 on 
Windows 7.
