Not all tracks found #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Match all tracks with imatch - delete local files and replace with itunes 
version
2. select all the tracks of a given album
3. some tracks are found, others not

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All tracks that are downloaded from itunes match should be tagable via this tool

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.2.1.0 - windows 7 and latest itunes

Please provide any additional information below.
stripped all tags before matching - the metadata was clean
