Edit Contract - Putting in the Display value for table items #134

When editing a contract: The existing status is not shown. The Type (which is not changeable) is getting set to the displayed value.

Please can contract_type be shown in the edit box (but not be changeable). (Tried copying the first field of the Meter edit but I am missing something!)
