Supply capacity and/or "Peak kVA" #147

Meter properties include "Supply Capacity: (kVA)", but when you add/edit meters on contract as part of the Tender creation, there is another "Peak kVA" field to fill in.

Either these terms are duplcated, or there is confusion over what each one means. I suspect the Meter "Supply Capacity: (kVA)" is superfluous.
