Documents open in browser OR on desktop #154

If a lot of effort is required to get attached documents to open/preview in the browser, then I'm happy for them to be opened/saved through the browser and open in their native application on the desktop.

Thoughts?

I would prefer a forced download to native applications as at the momment there are issues in FireFox not always opening the PDF.

This will be up to the setup of the users system. (My firefox is behaving now by the way.)
