Contract document storage required #159

Due to miscommunication, it appears nobody realises I need Contract documents stored, as well as LoAs and Terminiation Notices.

Like termination notices, they will be stored within a contract.

We will need at least two 'flavours' of each contract: original unsigned, final signed by both parties. There is also sometimes a copy signed by just one party.

This will be handled as part of the DB Schema changes for V4.0.

There are now 5 documents to be srored / shown for Contracts Analysis Doc:
Termination Doc: and the new ones: Contract (Searchable) Doc: Contract (Client Signed) Doc: Contract (Both Signed) Doc: These would be best possitioned in between the Analysis and Termination ones.

All documents can be pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, jpg, png for now - See #155
