New 'Client Liaison’ from within 'Site' dialog #160

For new sites, it would be really handy to be able to create a new 'contact' (Client Personnel) from within the 'New Site' box.

If this could work in the same way as the 'Add New Address..' within the same dialog as per #105 that would be ideal.
