Add Meters to a contract - Adding/removing meters allowed for signedContract #182

Seem to have lost the validation / checks for update when adding/updating meters on a contract. New contract - all updates allowed. Out to tender, choosing, tender selected - soft error warning that tender process wil need redoing. contract signed - no updates to list of meters, but changes to Peak kVA & EAC allowed. (\ Is this correct Paul - or no updates or as above **).

so: New contract - all updates allowed. Out to tender, choosing, tender selected, contract signed - soft error warning that tender process wil need redoing.

Able to update a current contract - this is not allowed. (meter changes not allowed for current, roledon, lapsed, dead)

Soft error on asking for add/edit meters - good - although user may just be looking at information. Adjust message to : After changing meters the Tendering Process will need re-starting.

But needs to occure again if Update Contract pressed with an option to Cancel. Contract status set to "tender" when OK selected. Message : After changing meters the Tendering Process will need re-starting. The status of the Contract will be set to "Out to Tender".

This is not quite correct. First 2 bits OK but - every time Update Contract is used the message is coming up and the status is being changed - even when the contract is new. From above: Out to tender, choosing, tender selected, contract signed - soft error warning that tender process wil need redoing. (and status being changed) The other statuses don't have this.
