Add/Edit Meters on Contract - PeakkVA validation #184

The Add/Edit Meters on Contract seems to be working now. (Haven't checked the new selection yet). Peak kVA - I am expecting this to be the same as EAC but it does not have the ... in the field when not set and the validation for not set seems to be missing. I got the following: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'meterContract_kvaNominated' cannot be null

Also - connected with the error (move to seperate issue if required) - once I closed the error window the system did not seem to respond to the Update Contract button (I was trying to cause the error to occur again to check it).
Does the system think the error is still active or something? - It needs to re-display perhaps and perhaps have some instructions at the top such as "Sorry, the system has a problem. Please copy and paste this information into an email to Paul along with some notes as to what you were doing. Then close this browser/tab and logon again."

I can't seem to replicate this have a test case I could use or see?

Will send DB. Contract 2214 - Add the pending meter id1659, fill in the EAC but not the Peak kVA. Update. (In fact - this is a new meter so add a new meter and try to add it to a contract - eac is OK, something wrong with kVA - it doesn't look the same.)
