Contracts - Edit - duplicate check on ref or start date #192

Sorry - just realised - for edit the duplicate check should only happen if that field is changed. So on edit the check for duplicate ref. should only happen if the ref is changed and the check for start date only if the date is changed.

Also, the record being edited should not show up in the possible duplicates.
