Consumption entries being duplicated #210

Not every time, but consumption entries are being duplicated upon entry. For example I have watched the system create record ID 6931 and 6932 simulaneously, whilst displaying a confirmation dialog for ID 6931.

I can't seem to replicate this. I tried on windows 7 IE9.

Can you provide more info into the procedure when this occurs.

Also have you tried deleting the browser cache and seeing if it happens again.

Unable to reproduce. If this occurs again - contact Eddie to have Logging turned on.
