Add Personnel - hard check on email not correct #216

Damm. The hard check on duplicate email in personnel (client) is not valid. (There is one person running 2 companies/sites - personnaly I would have 2 emails!!).

Please can the check on email address be made into a soft error wit the continue / cancel buttons as usual.

No longer a stop thanks. But no soft error wit the continue / cancel buttons as usual showing in both the new personell or the new client wizard.
