Creating new address from within 'new site' fails #219

When going through the New Site wizard, the user goes to create a new address. After filling in the new address and pressing 'submit' nothing happens and the dialog remains on the screen.

Creating a new address separately from the Client screen works OK.

Reproducable in 4.0.1e (BBA Pre-Production (196))

this has already been fixed in the last batch of commits on Sunday night
