Meter Details is the place where the contract to display in the main display area
should be found using the meterContract_contractLatest field.
(A field added to the DB for 4.0)
i.e. LEFT JOIN meter_contract ON (meterContract_idMeter = meter_idMeter
AND meterContract_contractLatest IS TRUE)
(there is only supposed to be one of these).

The Contract in the main display area is the wrong one - although I am not 100% sure that the DB did not have it as latest contract so please decline this if the contractLatest field is already being used.
