Contract dates being edited once current #231

We are still finding contract dates being changed instead of a new contract being created. My suggestion is that only Admin users have the full edit capability as is presently available. All lower level roles should not be able to edit the Status, Start & End Dates or Contract Ref while the Status is Current. (Batch jobs set the contract to current and to renewed or lapsed based on the dates etc. so they should not need to). Admin accounts can still make corrections if needed. So can we have the 4 fields in question set to disabled for nonAdmin roles when the status is "current"? (will need hidden versions of the fields so edit process still works iirc)
