Create a new note from within the Timeline #4

The created note would have the property(s) being used, and the appropriate value for them, based on where the note was created within the timeline. If filters are applied, it would also try to match the current filter by assigning properties, tags, aliases, and/or creating the note within the appropriate folder, etc.

Being able to create a new note that matches all the current filters is too complex to build for now. Punting to a future update so 1.3.0 can be released.
