Add custom layout

It might be good to add our own layout to overwrite the default page layout. Things to include:

• [x] Title = H1
• [x] Show authors
• [ ] Link authors to their ORCID
• [x] In page TOC is menu on the right
• [x] Indicate LICENSE on website
