Change directory structure of modelled-cubes to include cube-docs and add children for spatial-r

Question regarding cube-docs:

1. Is it necessary to have a parent page, can't the 3 documentation pages not exist right below modelled cubes?
2. Can we have full names and avoid numbers in the directories:
   • diss-2 -> dissimilarity-cube
   • inva-3 -> invasibility-cube
   • suit-1 -> suitability-cube
3. Do you expect images in those documentation pages?

That should be fine. I separated them originally because I don’t know how the other task leaders want to deal with their documentation. But will be easier with the 3 pages below modelled cubes
