Proposed changes

This pull request aims to keep users aware of the latest updates, thereby shortening new features delivering, feedback, and bug-fixing loops.

A section in the add-on preferences is added to support this feature:

When the user presses the Check Update button, the box next to it will get the latest version released. If it's newer than current, the Get update button will be active, tapping it will take the user to the GitHub release page.

In the future, some features will be considered:

• Automatically check for updates once a day when the user opens Blender with the event handler (it will use the default timeout of 0.5 seconds to not freeze the UI).
• Self-update the add-on instead of users having to download files manually.
