This PR cleans up the demo scenario files and makes them up to date with the mas_tutorials.

Changelog

Remove unused outcomes from the scenario descriptions
Remove a redundant state FIND_OBJECTS_BEFORE_PICKING in the mdr_demo_simple_pick_and_place
