I've found two new sources that could be used in 'IMSICatchersForActivists.md':
The problem with mobile phones talks about ways to track mobile phones, and some ways to avoid them. Since the EFF uses CC-BY on all its work, we can create block quotes with their work and link back appropriately.
How to: use signal on andoid is a guide on using signal on android phones. There is also one for IOS. This could be linked to after signal is briefely covered.
I will try to pick out useful information and should create a pull request over the weekend.
