I went through the targets chapter (because that's what I needed for work rn) and spotted a few typos (with single ticks and boldface thingies), and suggested a couple of changes along the way. Great resource!

@b-rodrigues I screwed up the headings so your chapters are off by one. ## Handling files should have had two hashes, I somehow deleted one. Oops.
