2 changes to load and use some data from wikipedia #49

Hi Bruno,

I am reading your book and downloaded the associated repo. I couldn't download and use the current_communes from Wikipedia so I made 2 changes to retrieve and compare these data: (1) changed the number of the html table to retrieve from Wikipedia, and (2) the name of column to compare commune names to the real estate price dataset.

Many thanks! This was due to the fact that the wikipedia page had been edited since I had written that code. I now re-hosted the page to make sure this does not happen in the future.
