Misaligned separators #453

Since I downloaded powerline-shell the directory separators have been misaligned like this. Any way to make them all move one to the right?

Sorry, I don't understand how you want them to align. If you can edit the image to make it look like you want, someone may be able to help.

I edited the first line here but I actually found out while editing, that the colors that I thought were misaligned actually don't match so I guess it's an issue with my color scheme right? Can anyone tell me how to make it like in the image I edited or share a link or something? I have no clue how to do it.
