Start values not working if given in wrong order. #4

Start values are allocated to the wrong variables if given in the wrong order, even if sv is a named vector. It would also be nice to not have to specify "auto" for each parameter you aren't setting an explicit value for, i.e., the sv argument is a named vector of parameter starting values which aren't automatically generated.
