Key Error #9

Hi Brian,

Since the end of last week, I've been getting a key error stemming from the 'layers' variable in the pull_replica def. I've been using a modified script for my own needs, but I also tried yours with no modifications and am getting the same error. Any idea why this might be happening? Did esri change something on the sly? Let me know if you have any ideas...thanks!

It's very possible something could have changed, I haven't used this tool in quite a while. Can you provide the error message you are getting?
