About GDSC expression #1

To developers

Thanks for developing a great algorithm.

Thanks to this, I am using it usefully for my single cell research.

I have a question to ask while using the algorithm.

To use the drug_response_prediction.py script

There should be 'GDSC_exp.tsv' data.

The algorithm data you provide includes

'/data/GDSC/'GDSC_exp.tsv' is not included.

Can you provide the data (GDSC_exp.tsv)?

GDSC_exp.tsv can be downloaded here, provided by CaDRReS-Sc. There should be /opt/CaDRReS-Sc/data/GDSC/GDSC_exp.tsv after building the Docker image (with the command wget https://www.dropbox.com/s/3v576mspw5yewbm/GDSC_exp.tsv -O /opt/CaDRReS-Sc/data/GDSC/GDSC_exp.tsv inside the Dockerfile).
