Change Entry Creations to not Auto Insert Next List Item #20

This does not form with markdown standards Need to look at extending vi-mark to auto insert the bullet/checkbox when pressing at EOL on a list line OR when pressing 'o' or 'O' when on a list line

Also need to remove the template item from list creations when initialising files

Solved using bullets.vim. Other work required done
