DashCast notification keeps showing on my Android phone #39

This works great, but I constantly have a DashCast notification in the pull down on my Pixel phone. Is there a way to stop that notification?

Hi @flyize - thank you! To turn them off you can do the following on your Pixel phone:

Go to Settings > Google > All Services > Devices & sharing > Cast options > Turn off Media controls for Cast devices.

Note - this will turn off controls for any other casting device 👍 although I don't find myself using it for anything else so I have it disabled.
