fix: default file match for sam tempaltes #15

The default file name for SAM templates is template.yaml but it's missing in the default config. This PR aims to add it.

The catalog.lua file in this repository is auto-generated based on the upstream SchemaStore repo. You should make a PR there, and when it’s merged, this repo will automatically pick up the changes.
