gps.conf tweaks for SUPL Location Server #148

My phone originally shipped AGPS SUPL SUPPORT

In LCR, the gps.conf does not define SUPL servers.

To enable it, I think the following lines need to be appended:  
SUPL_HOST=supl.google.com
SUPL_PORT=7276

Someone with more knowledge of this can look into it.
