Keyboard disapprears when using the keys at the bottom.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. aktivate keyboard (search)
2. use one of the keys on the bottom touching the border of the screen
3. keyboard disappears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I have seen this on several ROM's (I haven't tested any original yet, lol 
strange I have only tested different custom roms.)
I have this issue too when searching with some fields, for example you go to 
the home screen, then hit the search button, and type using the lowest rows of 
keys, lower half the keyboard will just minimize. (like pressing lower half of 
the spacebar key)

Also when searching in market for example, if you hit on the lower half of the 
lowest row of keys on the keyboard then keyboard minimizes and everything you 
have typed is gone.

Maybe it's the touch sensor on my phone?

Changing touch sensitivity on either the bottom touch buttons or the screen 
doesn't seem too make it better or worse. See attached video of a short example

This is only visible in when holding the phone vertical. And not all input 
fields.
If you are writing notes in 3banana notes then you don't get this result.

I tested two different roms (NOT LCR), same problem.
Then I installed the stock 1.100.39 version and I have no problems with the 
keyboard, or any other keyboard I installed.
I wiped everything, Installed LCR 1.8.0.1 + Patch 1. Started up and the problem 
is there in some of the fields like the default search or google market.
I Installed the stock 1.100.39 and now it's working again.
Very strange.
