Market Unlock does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select unlock 2.1 market from malez recovery
2. Set clock to 11.59pm and wait until 00.02am 
3. Start market

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see paid apps, see free apps only

What is the bin file you are using ? (0.010, 0.014, 0.016, 1.100...)
2.100.07

What version are you using ?
LCR 1.8.2 (problem existed in 1.7 and 1.6 also)

What patch or addons pack have you installed ?
N/A

Where are stored your apps (phone/sd default is phone) ?
SD
Where is stored your dalvik-cache (phone/sd default is phone) ?
Phone
Where are stored your datas (phone/sd default is phone) ?
Phone
Did you wipe dalvik ?
No
Did you wipe data (factory reset)
No

Please attach a log made with sendlog or log_debug tool (see wiki)

Please provide any additional information below.
Market enabler app works OK. Service provider is TeliaSonera Finland.

ANY paid apps. For the sake of argument, setcpu, maverick pro or smart keyboard 
pro.
