Ringtone gradual volume #218

Tons of thanks to LCR community for awesome ROM. This actually is not bug 
report but a strong wish list.

The gradual volume increase ringtone is good. But this is not good for 
notification ringtones that are set for incoming email or sms. If there is only 
one sms or email and ringtone is short, it starts with low volume and ends at 
low volume. If there are consequitive notifications, only then they are played 
at full volume. Hope you add some kind of toggle to enable/disable gradual 
volume increase.
