The alarm in Acer Bubble Notifications always show time in AM/PM-format #226

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Flash LCR-F 1.1.X
2.Customize UI to use bubble notifications
3.Set "Use 24-hour format" for time
4.Open notifications and go to alarm

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output would be 24-hour format in the alarm settings, instead it shows 
AM/PM format.

What is the bin file you are using ? (0.010, 0.014, 0.016, 1.100...)

What version are you using ?
1.1.2

What patch or addons pack have you installed ?
Custom notifications - bubble notifications
Blue theme

Where are stored your apps (phone/sd default is phone) ?
SD - old method

Where is stored your dalvik-cache (phone/sd default is phone) ?
SD - old method

Where are stored your datas (phone/sd default is phone) ?
Phone

Did you wipe dalvik ?
Yes

Did you wipe data (factory reset)
Yes
