EAP-based WLAN not working

I'm running the latest rom LCR-F 1.1.2.

BUG: Try connecting a an EAP based WLAN (e.g., EAP-TTLS with MSCHAP)

I should be connected but it does not work. PSK based WLAN works fine.
It also seems that if I save the parameters for the EAP WLAN connection, the 
parameters are not saved at all. If I try to modify the connection it shows me 
other parameters than those that I initially put in.

I think this is "acer" related, even stock froyo have this problem, the 
solution is to add manually your network in the "Add network" button, you have 
to introduce ssid and the rest, it will work afterwards, I had this problem and 
this is how I fixed it.
