PEAP Encrypted Wifi Not Connecting #235

1.) Connect to Wifi network
2.) Choose PEAP Encryption and MSCHAPV2
3.) Enter credentials
4.) Connect!

Should work fine.  LCR-E worked fine with this same network (the network is 
fine and hasn't changed) but Froyo is refusing to connect.
