'process.android.acore' - permanent force close

I have this weird force close, every 2-3 minutes, in any applications.

I just have flashed LCR-F 1.0 and Patch 1.1.2. Otherwise the phone is 'empty', 
no applications downloaded yet.
Contacts have been restored from .vcf file, created under LCR-E 1.8.2.2.
Titanium backup done for some applications (wifi access points, contacts)

Dalvik and data is on phone. I only want to install apps on sd but there is no 
app on sd yet.

I can't download sendlog app now, this force close prevent to do anything, 
practically. Sorry.

I'm sorry, I just see now that I have deleted the form template. Please let me

I have installed the ROM and patch in the same recovery session. First the rom 
(flash from sd card) when finished without doing anything else I have flashed 
the patch, same method. Then I rebooted system.
Now I have done factory reset and fixed permissions. Force close is solved now 
(at least there was any during the last few hours) but I still have some 
strange behavior.

Should I re-flash the rom and the patch again? My ROM info says LCR-F / 1.1.2 / 
No patch. How to do it in the same recovery session but doing a reboot between 
the two actions?

Ok, thanks. So I didn't do like this. What should I do now? Flash the patch 
again? What does it do? Is it like an upgrade? Do I need to wipe ext2? Do I 
need to install apps again and do the customizing?
