Well, I think it is a general Google Android problem but I report it also here:
I have an Italian friend who was working in Uganda.
His number is: 0025 677165 (other numbers are hidden for privacy reasons)
One day I received a call from: +39 77165 (other numbers are hidden for privacy
reasons) and it was my friend. I asked him "Ehy I see an Italian prefix", and
he answered me: "no, it is my Uganda number"
So, when we ended the call, I checked the numbers:
the phone told me that the calling number was
+39 77165 (other numbers are hidden for privacy reasons)
INSTEAD it should have been:
0025 677165 (other numbers are hidden for privacy reasons)
so the phone deleted the first number (number six) before the international
prefix.
I cannot reproduce this bug
