Simple Silent Mode and Vibrate mode on Volume Buttons #254

On some older versions of the ROM (or on the ACER ones, I'm not sure) when one 
dialed down the volume with the volume keys before the vibrate mode there was 
another mode that was completely silent and with no vibration, and then if you 
pushed the volume down again you'd enter the vibrate mode. I miss that mode, it 
was very useful during times you do not want to be disturbed even by the phone 
vibrating, like when your doing a school/university exam.

I'll try to clarify how it worked:
Press "Vol-": lower sound level
Press "Vol-": "Silent"
Press "Vol-": "Vibrate"

Currently it works like this:
Press "Vol-": lower sound level
Press "Vol-": "Vibrate"

There is no "silent" mode before vibrate.
