volum button not working, how to root my liquid e phone #274

please help me guys,
my phone is : acer liquid  e

my volume button does not work and if i enter a recovery mode i cannot navigate 
through it, and since there is no touch recovery available thats not an option,

is there a way by which we can navigate through adb, or root the phone via adb 
without using phones buttons.

Hi,

If you use malez recovery this kind of issu was planned (made it since 0.6.1 i 
think)
You can use search button to switch from one item to another. No need to use 
volume button in recovery ;)
