I have engineered a way to execute any arbitrary executable using Term-vt100 in
MobileTerminal. It involves generating an execution script and calling that
script
from the user's .profile. Help from your guy's end would be better!

I have posted a beta in which I use MobileTerminal to execute rsync in a
forward and
backward configuration to sync with a folder on the desktop.
This means: File Synchronization like iTunes' music sync!
I'd love to be able to pass a script to MobileTerminal via the MSAppLauncher
that is
executed after the user's .profile is executed. That would be much more
preferable
to monkeying with the user's .profile!

This is one of the next items on my list and one of the few high priority issues
remaining (unless someone else gets to it first)

Matt, I have submitted revision 202 to the "unstable" branch with support for
passing
either a directory or command to execute as command line arguments.
Would you mind taking a look and giving some feedback?

Sure! I'll take a look tomorrow. I was hoping as well for a binary flag that
would
specify whether MobileFinder should be relaunched when the command terminates.
I'll
let you know.

Maybe you can point me to the MobileFinder code that is launching the app so I
can
get an idea what you're doing.

I'm not sure what the status of this is but I haven't heard anything 9+ months.
Feel free to re-open if this is still
an issue.
