Big update! Breaks current Databases... 66 something commits of useless code :D #11

Removed lots of unused debug lines
Updated Auth
Added getStatus() and dumpUser() to BOT
Cleaned up bot startup
Added some nice time parsing (Full credit to the B3 team on that one)
added rowsGetAll() to database
We now send out CLIENT_KICKED events
Penalties (Bans, kicks, temp bans) are working
Added !kickall command
Player auth/etc now use your auth settings
