When running a server from the .ub (universal binary) on a Mac, a lot of the built-in functionality is missing (/rcon tell, and others). We should detect this type of build on start, warn the user, and gracefully shutdown.

And of course I dont have one of the weird Mac builds to test on. May consider closing this as I believe their rare, and an FAQ to update UrT can easily be added.

This is being closed. Reopen if we ever have problems with the obscure builds.

ioUrTDed does not have this problem, some ioq3 builds may. tell is a feature of iourt apparently.
