I've been trying to run the simulator in python, and came across what seemed to be an SP discrepancy with Albert's S1. Sources like the wiki and gamepress seem to suggest that Lightning Burst's SP is 2351, but it looks like it's set to 2714 in your files.
In game data seems to corroborate the former value, as his S1 can be charged completely in four C2FS rotations, and that's just 2580 SP. Can you double check to see if there's an issue?
