This feature requires the xt_qtaguid module in the android-3.0 Linux kernel (kernel/net/netfilter/xt_qtaguid). Which is obviously not available for the 2.6.37 Kernel on the b2g.
There are some projects that have back-ported this driver to older Kernels, but they don't seem to be stable and will still require non-trivial amounts of effort to integrate to our Kernel.
