Case Studies Template #725

As a developer, I want to create a case studies template that would make it easier to add case studies.

Evaluate if there can be a basic template for case studies. Take into account that some case studies have more images that others for display.

Evaluate if the bottom content navigation can be broken out. This navigation in order to not have "next"/"prev" case studies hard coded in the individual case studies pages

@JaviAir has determined that the componentization of the case studies pages is enough for someone to easily spin up a new case study page.

The navigation is broken out into another card, so we are considering this one a spike, and done for now.
