b2-chain one client network environment #9

  1. it is currently possible to build and run single-client b2-chain blockchain node. see https://github.com/b2network/b2-node/commit/1073094a5db3f099c70b966c688970ef168fcd86
  2. in order to facilitate team dev and testing, all complete data of the chain(not just the conf) can be commit to a git repo.
