Pasting can be used to add childs to detached nodes #249

Describe the bug When cutting nodes it is possible to paste these to a detached node. that should not be possible.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Cut some nodes
Paste nodes to detached node

Expected behavior Detached nodes shouldn't allow pasted nodes, therefore, nothing should happen in this case. An error in the console should be logged.
